Sriracha Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Almonds and Coconut
3 cups quartered brussels sprouts
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Woodland Foods Sriracha Seasoning Blend
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Toss brussels sprouts with olive oil and Sriracha Seasoning Blend. Pour a single layer of brussels sprouts on the sheet pan, and roast in the oven until the edges start to brown and the sprouts start to become tender, about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, and add the almonds and coconut to the pan, tossing until evenly incorporated. Continue baking until the sprouts are tender and the nuts start to brown, about 5 to 8 additional minutes. Add additional seasoning to cooked sprouts if needed.
Makes about 4 servings.
Hmmm… spicy sprouts… interesting!
They turned out super tasty! And the sweetness from the almonds and coconut is a nice balance from the heat and tangy of the sriracha seasoning.
That looks so good. I wish I could pull stuff out of the screen of my phone and eat it sometimes. Like right now.

I think this is a fabulous idea. Will probably improvise with sriracha sauce because that’s what I have on hand.
Nice…so I would at the sriracha sauce at the end…maybe toss the sprouts with a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper, then roast in the oven until crispy, add the coconut and almonds the last 5 minutes, then toss in the sriracha sauce
Ok that makes sense. Did you use sweetened or unsweetened coconut?
Unsweetened flaked coconut, but shredded would also work
Perfect, I have leftovers from my skillet blondie creation.
GUESS WHAT I MADE LAST NIGHT. loved them. good call on the parchment paper, never thought to use it when roasting!
OOHH yeah…did they end up all crispy around the edges??
you know it. oh-so crispy.
That’s what i like to hear!
